Coaching Model
The job at the top can be a very lonely place to be, so an independent peer level sounding board can be of enormous value before and during a transitional period for the business.
Depending on the outcome sought, the coaching role will either be undertaken by one of our Partners or a highly qualified coach/mentor from our Advisory Council. The entire resources of the Duet team are additionally on hand to support this process.

Duet Coaching is highly tailored to suit the personal requirements of the CEO and typically will last for a period of 3-6 months. In addition to acting as an experienced sounding board, there is significant emphasis on the provision of techniques, tools and processes that can then be used by the CEO to lead and manage the business going forward.
