Our Vision
In establishing Duet, we set out to address a challenge that confronts almost all early stage businesses: How to enlist impartial and expert business advice during times of major transition, which is relevant to the scale and needs of the business.
Large, established businesses have two significant advantages over their SME counterparts: They have dedicated executives responsible for all key functions within the business, and they have the means to engage specialist advisors, researchers and other experts from major business advisory firms.
Raising capital is very time consuming for management teams and a major distraction from the priority of servicing the operational needs of the business. We have therefore created a proposition which not only enables businesses to leverage first class fund raising expertise, but also access a 'virtual team' of experienced industry executives capable of stepping in on a part time or interim basis to temporarily boost bench strength.
Our vision for Duet is that we become a long term, trusted partner. A first port of call on complex operational and strategic matters leading ultimately to a capital raise. To do this we have created a very personal service and will only take on engagements where we believe we can make a real impact.
