Jonathan has been a Chartered Accountant since 1982, and for the last twenty years has held a number of senior finance positions in SME’s operating in the technology and media sectors.

Most recently Jonathan was CFO of RadioScape plc, a leading company in the digital radio broadcast market, where he was responsible for financing the business to a successful trade sale through periods of rapid operational change in challenging market conditions.

Previously Jonathan was CFO of First Artist Corporation plc guiding them to a successful IPO in 2001; CFO of DCS Group, a FTSE 250 International Systems and Outsourcing Company; and CFO of Eidos plc. At Eidos Jonathan was instrumental in the successful acquisition and subsequent integration of Centregold plc, the then owner of the Tomb Raider franchise, followed by the Company’s dual listing on NASDAQ. During his time at Eidos the Company raised over £80 million of debt and equity in Europe and the US to finance the Company’s substantial international growth and transition from a small UK R&D company to a major player in the global computer games industry.

Jonathan has also completed a number of senior interim assignments focusing on providing financial resilience and capability to companies in the TMT space through periods of operational and strategic change.
